| The Bluebonnet Youth Ranch (BYR) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit child-care facility that serves as a long-term, residential home for abused and neglected children. BYR is licensed by the state of Texas, and referrals for placement are accepted from the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services (TDFPS), families, courts and private sources. |

| The operation officially opened its doors in 1972 and is located four miles south of Yoakum, Texas. It is situated between San Antonio, Austin, Houston and Victoria to primarily serve the South Texas area. Bluebonnet cares for children from infancy to age 18 or upon high school graduation. |
