The operation of Bluebonnet is governed by a volunteer group of individuals who serve on the Board of Directors representing the geographical area served by the home. The Board meets once a month and is responsible for making policy and governing decisions of the Ranch, and also makes arrangements to secure funds necessary to meet each year’s budget. The Bluebonnet staff consists of a licensed administrator, program director, office manager, development director and four sets of houseparents. |
